Handcrafted Palm-free Bar Soap

from CA$12.00

Small-batch, palm-free bar soap handcrafted in Grand Valley, Ontario. Our cold-process base is formulated with plant-based oils: shea butter, olive oil, avocado oil, rice bran oil, coconut oil, and castor oil. Built for a rich lather and a non-stripping, moisturizing clean.

Made in Canada since 2014. Wrapped in a compostable paper band.

No two bars are exactly alike - colour and swirls are part of the handcrafted process.

This is our everyday bar crafted with no fillers. Each ingredient is chosen for the certain function they perform, instead of just a novelty pour with a pretty top.

Shea butter and olive oil keep the bar gentle and conditioning. Coconut and castor oil give the bar the beautiful rich lather. Avocado and rice bran oils are used to help keep skin feeling soft and hydrated after washing (and never leaves skin tight).

Slow cured means the bar hardens properly and lasts a very long time (make sure it has a way to drain between uses for an even longer lasting bar).

How to Use :

Wet bar and work into a lather in hands or on a cloth. Massage onto hands or body, then rinse clean. Keep dry and allow to drain between uses for a longer lasting bar.

Key Ingredients :

Shea Butter - Keeps skin soft and conditioned and keeps the bar from being too drying (and is a lovely alternative to palm to keep our bars palm-free)

Olive Oil - Creamy, conditioning lather.

Avocado Oil - Helps the rinse feel smooth and leaves skin soft

Coconut Oil - Adds big cleansing bubbles, firm texture to the bar

Rice Bran Oil - Conditioning lather and helps with firm bar texture

Castor Oil - Boosts lather and contributes to glossy, stable bubbles

Sodium Hydroxide (lye) - Required to make soap. None remain in the final bar - it’s fully converted during curing.
